Personal Experience
Randy is a long-time advisor in the greater Charlotte small business community. He served as President of a local Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve on the board of a local non-profit childcare center. A graduate of Purdue University, including a master’s degree from Purdue’s School of Management, he is a past recipient of the Matthews Chamber of Commerce’s “Businessperson of the Year” award, and he frequently volunteers his time as a facilitator of meetings and events. Randy is an Eagle Scout, and father of one also. He and his wife, Gwen, have called Matthews, North Carolina, their home since 1998.
